It is warm and welcoming environment and not at all intimidating like many large scale operations. We welcome new students at any level. We keep our overhead and costs low and provide affordable individual sessions. Convenient morning and afternoon hours are available.

The owner, Erin Boyle, is a certified instructor. Her unique approach to fitness offers one-on-one Pilates sessions. Her personal training is geared toward your individual goals. If your goal is to relieve back pain, she will customize your workout to promote a strong core. If your goal is to lose weight, she will tailor a workout to help you lose weight. Regardless, Pilates will create a pleasing physical change that will leave you mentally and physically relaxed and rejuvenated. You will gain strength, control of your body, coordination, suppleness, natural grace, muscular power, endurance, proper alignment, joint mobility and improved posture. We will motivate you and help keep you on your road to improved health and abetter lifestyle.
